My stay at the Blue Diamond Hotel was truly exceptional. The grounds are stunning and create such a relaxing atmosphere, but what really stood out was the incredible staff who went above and beyond. The dining options, while delicious, could benefit from more authentic Mexican cuisine. The only downsides were that our minibar wasn't replenished daily and the spa had separate areas for each gender, which was a bit inconvenient.
